About the role
The position involves performing various tasks in a manufacturing environment, including operating machinery, reading factory orders, utilizing basic shop math, inspecting products, and maintaining cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Follow all safety rules and practices
- Safely operate machinery
- Read factory orders
- Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other testing equipment
- Consistently inspect the quality and count of finished products
- Complete quality and administrative document checks with accuracy
- Pick up and shred scrap material
- Blow down machinery, wipe off shafts, clean ink systems, sweep the machine area, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Work overtime as needed
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a stable work history
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must be able to perform basic math
- Must be able to work overtime as needed

- Ability to work with a safety-first mindset and actively participate in safety culture
