About the Role

As a Field Technician you will directly impact homeowners by solving serious foundation and concrete issues and delivering a remarkable customer experience. This position goes beyond general labor, offering the chance to shape the future of a company that is redefining the industry.

Responsibilities

• Load necessary materials, tools, and equipment onto the company vehicle for each assigned job.
• Travel to customers’ homes using the company vehicle to perform installations.
• Consistently uphold safe and organized work environments.
• Unload and clean the company vehicle upon returning from each job.
• Install each job using company‑approved, quality‑driven methods.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to walk, kneel, and crawl with unrestricted lifting capability.
• Willingness to travel based on business needs (all travel is planned in advance).
