About the role

General labor duties that include conveyor and flooring sorting of mixed recyclables and trash. Position may require some overtime and weekend work with flexible hours and days.

Responsibilities

• Sort mixed recyclables and trash on conveyor belts and floors
• Follow safety protocols and maintain good housekeeping
• Work efficiently to maintain production pace
• Collaborate with team members

Requirements

• Able to stand for 8-10 hours per day while sorting
• Good hand coordination and speed to keep up with production pace
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Punctual, productive, and efficient
• Safety-oriented with good housekeeping awareness
• Able to follow instructions and work well with others

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the recycling or solid waste industry
