General Labor-2nd Shift-Enterprise (Enid) OK

About the Role

This is an entry-level, non-skilled general labor position in food production (packer) at the Enid, OK facility. The role starts at $17 per hour and requires maintaining a safe work environment while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
• Comply with all safety, food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements.
• Perform physical tasks, including reaching high and low levels frequently.
• Flex/grip with wrists/hands occasionally (less than 5 flexions per minute).
• Push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds at varying heights (below waist, at shoulder, or above shoulder level).
• Work in extreme temperatures, damp environments, and on slippery walking surfaces.

• Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• No prior experience required; this is an entry-level position.
• Background checks are required for certain roles at Tyson.
