About the role

This position is responsible for entry-level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. General Production positions may include, but are not limited to, Packer, Stacker, Floater, and/or Line Feeders.

Responsibilities

• Must be able and willing to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
• Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF requirements.
• Perform physical tasks including:
  • Reaching high and low levels frequently.
  • Flexing/gripping with wrists/hands occasionally (less than 5 flexions per minute).
  • Pushing, pulling, and lifting with arms below waist, at shoulder, or above shoulder level up to 50 pounds.
  • Working in extreme temperatures with damp environments that may have slippery walking surfaces.

Pay

Starting pay: $17/hour.
