About the Role

We have a variety of general labor openings throughout our facilities. No previous manufacturing experience is needed, but a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment are essential. You may be assigned tasks such as mixing products, weighing/scaling material, packaging, or supplying production lines. Reliability and adherence to industry-standard Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are required at all times. Note that some GMPs vary by location (e.g., restrictions on artificial nails/eyelashes, nail polish, jewelry).

Responsibilities

• Inspect product for quality and any signs of foreign material contamination
• Supply production lines as needed
• Ensure correct placement of product on lines or in containers, boxes, or pallets
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Knowledge of GMPs or willingness to learn
• Sufficient math skills
• Ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to read and write in English (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Work Environment

This is a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures. It is a team-oriented setting requiring respectful and professional communication. Employees must be able to work necessary overtime based on staffing needs and customer demand, as well as across shifts.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work with your hands throughout the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• Ability to work in environments that may be very cold or very warm, depending on the location
