General HVAC Engineer - Level II

Principal Responsibilities

• Works closely with the Chief Engineer to coordinate the activities of support personnel.
• Aids in improving existing procedures through examples and recommendations.
• Assists other operations personnel as needed.
• Facilitates compliance with job specifications, company policy, and procedures.
• Set personal goals and document 20 hours of relatable training annually.
• Helps implement preventive maintenance programs on mechanical equipment and building maintenance.
• Reviews work orders to determine work priorities as needed.
• Assists with chemical application on cooling towers.
• Supports execution of work activities in a cost-effective manner.
• Provides leadership and direction by example to fellow employees.

Qualifications, Education & Experience

• Five Years HVAC experience in commercial systems preferred.
• Microsoft applications experience preferred.
• Good listening and communication skills are essential to this position.
• CFC certification preferred.
• Must have a good working knowledge of building automation systems. Tridium and Trane Synchrony experience preferred.
