About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage daily cleaning schedules and ensure adherence to cleaning standards.
- Oversee maintenance tasks such as repairs and facility upgrades.
- Coordinate with external vendors for services like landscaping and utilities.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to facility conditions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping or similar field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic computer literacy.

Pay
$18.50 per hour.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
