General Gastroenterologist

About the role

We are seeking a General Gastroenterologist to join a growing practice in Denton, Texas. Practice located on the campus of a leading hospital, serving a growing community. Join a comprehensive health system dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and benefiting from a collaborative healthcare environment. Position does not sponsor J-1 visas, and outside recruiting firms are not engaged.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive gastroenterology care, including ERCP procedures, on a full-time basis.
• Working collaboratively within a team of experienced specialists in a newly established office setting.
• Practicing primarily at a hospital campus with a clinic schedule from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
• Participating in hospital call duties, anticipated to be two or more weeks per month.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with completion of internal medicine residency from an accredited ACGME program.
• Gastroenterology fellowship completion from an accredited program.
• Board certification or eligibility.
• Active Texas medical license or willingness to obtain one.
