About the role

We are seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist to join our division, primarily focusing on outpatient clinical duties at the hospital and ambulatory surgery center, including endoscopy. The role involves teaching fellows, residents, and students, with mentorship and protected time provided for career development. The division consists of 18 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers, specializing in therapeutic endoscopy, hepatology, IBD, motility, and genetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinical duties at the hospital and ambulatory surgery center, including endoscopy.
• Teach fellows, residents, and students.
• Provide mentorship and support career development.
• Engage in academic pursuits through teaching and research.
• Participate in community outreach via partnerships with underserved clinics.

Requirements

• Residency in California is required.
• General GI expertise.
