About the role

Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes quality. You will ensure products are produced and shipped accurately according to order specifications and production schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship client orders accurately based on order specifications from the 1Vision fulfillment portal, EPS PrintStream, or client-specific platforms.
  • Assemble kits by gathering specified components (printed materials, promotional items, inserts, samples) according to BOM (Bill of Materials) and kit specifications.
  • Verify order accuracy by cross-referencing packed items against pick lists, packing slips, and kit specifications; ensure correct quantities, item numbers, and configurations.
  • Package finished orders using appropriate packaging materials (boxes, padded mailers, tubes, poly bags, custom packaging) to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and tracking information using shipping software and carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight carriers).
  • Process incoming inventory by receiving, inspecting, counting, labeling, and storing materials in designated warehouse locations; update inventory records.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting, physical inventories, and real-time updates; report discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, tape machines, shrink-wrap machines, and package scales safely and effectively.
  • Stage incoming raw materials, printed components, and promotional products in organized warehouse locations for efficient retrieval during fulfillment.
  • Perform quality inspections on incoming materials and outgoing shipments to ensure products meet client standards and 1Vision’s quality requirements.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and fulfillment work areas in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Client Services on special fulfillment requests, rush orders, and client-specific packaging requirements.
  • Follow all safety protocols including proper lifting techniques, forklift operation safety, and use of required PPE.
  • Perform other fulfillment, kitting, and warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, kitting, shipping, or a related production/distribution environment preferred.
  • Experience with pick-pack-ship operations, inventory management, and shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) is a plus.
  • Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret order documents, pick lists, packing slips, and kit specifications accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy and quality.
  • Basic math skills for counting, verifying quantities, and recording inventory.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand truck) safely; forklift certification preferred.
  • Ability to work at a steady pace in a physically demanding warehouse environment, meeting daily throughput targets.
  • Basic computer skills for using order management systems, shipping software, and inventory platforms.
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and able to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime when client deadlines require it.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Frequently required to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 70 pounds; occasionally up to 100 pounds with mechanical assistance (pallet jack, forklift, dock plate).
  • Regularly required to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and shrink-wrap machines.
  • Regularly required to load and unload delivery vehicles, including the operation of dock plates and liftgates.
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions when loading/unloading at docks and during deliveries.
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels in warehouse and production environments.
  • Required to have sufficient visual acuity to read labels, shipping documents, and operate scanning equipment.
  • May be required to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays based on shipping schedules and client deadlines.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some additional hours as needed to fulfill company requirements.
