The Role

Must Have:

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with lifting and handling operations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Experience with advanced lifting equipment
• Knowledge of safety protocols in heavy industry
• Leadership certifications
