Essential Qualifications

• High school or equivalent
• Preferrably two (2) to four (4) years of experience in specified skill
• Some job sites may require NCCER Crew Leader certification or Turner Leadership Training
• Post offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
• Comply with company and client job site safety requirements
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace

Functional Requirements

• Read and sign off on JSA
• Audit JSAs periodically
• Interprets sketches, procedures, written and/or verbal orders
• Assigns duties, lines up and follows up all work
• Inspects work to ensure adherence to company standards
• Trains and assists workers in the performance of their duties
• Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned workers
• Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations
• Analyzes and resolves work related problems
• Ensures jobsite materials and equipment are in good condition
• Maintains time, production, and other records
• May study schedules and estimate worker-hours requirements for completion of job
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times
