Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Ability to perform physical labor activities which includes, but is not limited to, lifting, pulling, pushing, and/or carrying different types of objects/materials.
- Perform tasks which may include concrete cutting, joint taping/backer rodding, joint rehab, and crack sealing highways, runways, and parking lots.
- Able to use or learn how to use different hand and power tools.
- Ensure the practice of safety standards in accordance with company policies and OSHA.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn all aspects of the job.
- Dependable, Reliable, Punctual, & Self-Motivated.
Workdays & Shifts
- Must be available to work varied shifts (days, nights, weekends).
- Willingness to travel for extended periods of time.
Education/Certifications/Licenses
- Valid driver's license - Required.
Experience & Knowledge
- Prior experience as a laborer or other relevant experience preferred.
Other Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older.
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screens & background check, including MVR.
