General Foreman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Working Piping-Mechanical General Foreman for a full-time maintenance position in the St. Louis, Missouri area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee piping and mechanical maintenance crews
• Participate in daily maintenance activities
• Lead crews, coordinate work activities, and ensure safe work practices
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work plans
• Communicate effectively and lead teams
• Perform physical job duties in an industrial environment

Requirements

• Strong experience in industrial piping and mechanical maintenance
• Previous foreman or supervisory experience required
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work plans
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must be able to work in an industrial environment and perform physical job duties as needed

Qualifications

This is a non-union position. No per diem is offered. Candidates must be local to the St. Louis area and able to commute to the job site daily.
