General - Event Staff: Ticket Sellers/Takers/Scorer/Timer 2026-2027

About the role

Lake Washington School District is seeking individuals to sell and/or take tickets, score, and time at high school athletic events during the 2026-2027 school year. Responsibilities include handling money, making change, issuing or taking tickets, and operating the game clock accurately.

Responsibilities

• Sell and take tickets at athletic events
• Handle cash transactions and make change
• Serve as a scorer or timer, including operating the game clock

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay

$17.13 per hour (2026-2027 school year)

Schedule

Shifts vary by sporting event, typically 3–5 hours in length, primarily on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings. Selected candidates will receive direct communication from the school regarding their schedule.

This is a casual, on-call/as-needed position with no regular schedule. Hired candidates will be considered substitute employees.
