The Little Falls Community School District is excited to announce openings for 6.5-hour General Education Paraprofessionals to join our team of dedicated educators and support staff. In this rewarding role, you will work alongside teachers and students to provide classroom support, encourage student growth, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment where all students can succeed.
Responsibilities
- Provide classroom support to enhance teaching and learning
- Encourage student growth and development
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support student success
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passing score on a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred
- Passion for education and a commitment to supporting student success
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Pay
