Responsibilities

• Take ownership of clinical decision‑making in a solo provider practice while being supported by an experienced team and Heartland Dental resources.
• Work alongside a collaborative team of dental professionals for shared insights, continuous learning, and professional growth.
• Receive mentorship through Heartland Dental’s network of experienced doctors and in‑house mentorship, ideal for new graduates seeking to build clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
• Active, unrestricted dental license in the state of Nevada.

• Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.

• Availability to attend periodic virtual training sessions (or in‑person when required) throughout the year.
• Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to employment (not applicable in FL & TN).
