Clinical Proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus while performing all treatments.
- Highly proficient in executing simple and surgical extractions.
- Able to perform quality exams and provide general and emergency dental care.
- Competence in educating patients and clearly presenting treatment plans.
- Capable of performing root canal treatment: anterior and premolars (molars a plus).
- Restorations: composite and amalgam.
- Prosthetic: crown and bridge, partial dentures, and full dentures.
- Pediatric: stainless steel crowns (SSC), restorations, pulpotomies.
- Extractions involving impactions, soft tissue, or bony (a plus).

Compensation and Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary ($600–750 USD per day) or 30–33% of realized revenue, whichever is higher.

Compensation is variable based on clinical proficiency and managerial expertise, with a commitment to paying above average competitive market rates due to business efficiencies.
