Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of clinical procedures.
• Shape workflows, office culture, and patient experience in a new practice.
• Build and grow a patient base within a rapidly expanding community.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team and leverage advanced technology to deliver exceptional care.
• Maintain clinical autonomy while adhering to best practices and professional standards.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
• Become credentialed with dental insurance providers as required.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
• Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Florida.
• Clinical proficiency in comprehensive dentistry.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 45 pounds as needed.
• Availability to participate in periodic virtual and/or in-person training sessions.
• Completion of pre-employment TB testing, where applicable.
