Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered dental care with a commitment to fostering trust and comfort.
• Continuously expand clinical skills to meet the evolving needs of patients in an environment that encourages professional growth.
• Become credentialed with various dental insurance plans to ensure seamless and comprehensive coverage for patients.
• Perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Attend periodic virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year to enhance skills and stay current with industry advancements.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
• Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Florida.
• Ability to perform essential duties, including prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds when necessary.
• Availability for periodic training sessions (virtual or in-person).
• Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to employment (standard requirement for dental office roles).
