With the guidance of a practice manager and a highly trained on-site team which includes two general dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and business assistants, you'll be seamlessly connected to all the resources and support of Heartland Dental.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered dental care with a commitment to fostering trust and comfort.
• Perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Adapt to prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and demonstrate physical stamina, including lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds when necessary.
• Attend periodic virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year.
• Become credentialed with various dental insurance plans to ensure seamless and comprehensive coverage for patients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, including regular training and safeguarding patient health information (PHI).

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of Florida.
• Dedication to continuous learning and expanding clinical skills.
• Ability to pass a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to employment (not applicable in FL & TN).
