About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven General Dentist to join Creekside Dental Care as a Heartland Supported Dentist. You will have full clinical autonomy while being supported by the resources and expertise of Heartland Dental, the nation’s largest Dental Support Organization.
This is a multi‑doctor practice where you will collaborate with a high‑performing eight‑person team that delivers exceptional patient care and fosters a supportive, communicative work culture. You will utilize state‑of‑the‑art tools, including an iTero Scanner, WaveOne Gold, and VideaHealth AI, to provide advanced and efficient care.

Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
- Active, unrestricted dental license in the state of Texas.
- Passion for delivering comprehensive, patient‑centered care and fostering trust.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Physical stamina to sit and stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 45 lb.
- Availability for periodic virtual or in‑person training sessions throughout the year.
- Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to employment (not applicable in FL & TN).
- Compliance with HIPAA training and protection of patient health information.
