Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
- Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of Wisconsin.
- Passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care with a commitment to fostering trust and comfort.
- Strong desire for continuous learning and expanding clinical skills to meet evolving patient needs.
- Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing, adapting to the dynamic nature of dental practice.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds when necessary.
- Availability to attend periodic virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year.
- Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to employment (not applicable in FL & TN).
