About the role
Noble Community Clinics provides compassionate, high-quality health care for all members of our community. Our team works collaboratively to ensure that everyone—regardless of socioeconomic status, race, or background—receives the care they deserve. As a trusted community health center, we focus on preventive, holistic, and patient-centered care to improve health outcomes in Manitowoc, Sheboygan and Washington Counties.
You will deliver compassionate care to a diverse patient population, including many from underserved communities. You will work as part of a dynamic, interdisciplinary team that includes Medical, Behavioral Health, and Pharmacy providers, all supporting your efforts to deliver comprehensive care. You will also engage with and mentor students training at Noble, fostering the next generation of oral health professionals, and guide and motivate team members to achieve their best while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. In addition, you will contribute your voice and ideas to help shape innovative care solutions that improve health outcomes for all.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered dental care
- Collaborate in an integrated care model with Medical, Behavioral Health, and Pharmacy providers
- Mentor and train dental students
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve their best
- Contribute to innovative care solutions that improve health outcomes
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited dental school with a D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree
- Active license to practice dentistry in the State of Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)
- Possess current DEA registration and prescribing privileges
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
