• Execute both simple and surgical extractions with strong surgical skills.
• Perform quality examinations and provide general and emergency dental care.
• Educate patients and clearly present treatment plans.
• Capable of performing root canal treatments, restorations, prosthetics, and pediatric procedures.
• Manage the practice with pride, dedication to customer service, and clear communication.
• Adapt to challenging situations with composure and sound decision-making.
• Strive for consistency and resilience in all aspects of the practice.
• Comply with all federal, state, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience in managing a dental practice, though not required if there's a strong work ethic and willingness to expand knowledge.
