Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses
• Develop and present treatment plans
• Provide restorative, preventative, and emergency dental care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care
• Build long-term patient relationships through trust and quality care

Requirements

• Required: Endodontics extraction experience, DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school, active New York dental license, DEA registration (or ability to obtain), strong communication and patient education skills, commitment to quality patient care, ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• PREFERRED: Invisalign certification, implant restoration experience, implant placement experience, cosmetic dentistry experience, endodontic experience, oral surgery experience, experience practicing in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments

35% of collections with no lab deductions + daily guarantee during ramp-up period around $800 - $1000
