Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Indiana.
• A passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care and a commitment to fostering trust and comfort.
• A strong desire to continue learning and expanding clinical skills.
• Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.
• Essential duties performance, including prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and the capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds when necessary.
• Availability to attend periodic virtual training sessions.

Qualifications

• Tuberculosis (TB) testing is required for all new hires in dental office positions.
