Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented General Dentist to join our dynamic and patient-centered team in Springfield, MA. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Perform general dentistry procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions
• Conduct patient assessments and diagnose oral health issues
• Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate options clearly using accurate dental terminology
• Perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontic procedures, and oral surgery as needed
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards
• Operate dental imaging equipment and interpret results for diagnostic purposes
• Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Proven clinical experience in a general dentistry setting
• Proficiency with dental practice management software (Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix preferred)
• Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, imaging, and records management
• Familiarity with dental fabrication processes and endodontic procedures
• Ability to confidently perform extractions, root canals, and prosthodontic services
• Excellent patient care, communication, and education skills
