General Dentist

About the role

Pointer Family Dental and My Dentist- Fort Smith is seeking a General Dentist to split full-time time between both offices.

Responsibilities

• Take care of a diverse patient population in both offices.
• Perform comprehensive dental procedures, including but not limited to check-ups, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and restorations.
• Collaborate with a tenured 10-person team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Mentorship on-site provided, including implant placements.
• Access to up-to-date equipment such as CBCT, implant systems, Itero’s, AI, and digital pano.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Arkansas.
• Comprehensive dentistry skills, including diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of oral health issues.
• A strong commitment to continuous learning and expanding clinical skills.
• Credentialing with various dental insurance plans.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods and adapt to the dynamic nature of dental practice.

Qualifications

• Essential duties performance, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to perform tasks involving prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds when necessary.
• Virtual and in-person training availability.
• Tuberculosis (TB) testing required for all new hires.

Pay

$20,000 sign-on bonus available.
