Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care with a commitment to fostering trust and comfort.
• Perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ensure physical stamina aligns with the demands of the role.
• Attend periodic virtual training sessions (or in-person when required).

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds when necessary.

Qualifications

• Pass a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to starting employment.
