About the role

Metro Dentalcare - Burnsville, MN, is seeking a passionate and driven General Dentist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience and possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a high-performing twelve (12) person team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Utilize state-of-the-art tools such as an iTero Scanner, WaveOne Gold, and VideaHealth AI to provide advanced and efficient care.
• Operate with the highest-quality technology, supplies, and administrative support to elevate your practice and focus on patient care.
• Participate in world-class continuing education programs to expand clinical skills and enhance professional standing.
• Connect 1:1 with experienced mentors and tap into the collective wisdom of an expansive network of dental professionals.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted license in the state of Minnesota.
• Dedication to excellence in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• A strong desire to continue learning and expanding clinical skills.
• Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry up to 45 pounds when necessary.
• Availability to attend periodic virtual training sessions (or in-person when required).

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
• Tuberculosis (TB) testing required for all new hires in dental office positions.

Pay

Total compensation package of $225,000.
