About the role
Burlington Family Dentistry is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join an established, patient-focused practice in Burlington, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Build lasting patient relationships
- Offer a wide range of services including preventive care, periodontal therapy, children’s dentistry, root canals, sedation dentistry, whitening, veneers, implants, fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, extractions, and emergency dentistry
- Diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver comprehensive care
- Partner with hygiene, assisting, and front office teams to create a smooth patient experience
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards of care
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Washington dental license, or ability to obtain one
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care
- Confidence in bread-and-bread general dentistry
- Interest in a broad clinical scope
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-first mindset
- Desire to build long-term patient relationships
Qualifications
- Experience in comprehensive family dentistry
- Comfortable working in a busy, well-rounded practice
- Ability to diagnose and treat a variety of dental conditions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
