As a General Dentist at Ideal Dental, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to both our patients and dental team. You’ll be empowered with the training, tools, and resources to advance your career while making a real difference in the lives of those you serve.
About the role
Our established Winston-Salem practice operates at a massive $320K+ monthly production level. Our current individual providers consistently produce over $120K each month. From Day 1, your chair will be full, your earning potential will be uncapped, and you will have the clinical freedom to treat patients your way.
Responsibilities
- Establishing and growing long-term guest and team relations
- Providing mostly fee-for-service and PPO guests with a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry, including crowns, bridges, molar endo, and Invisalign
- Pursuing lifelong clinical learning and education with a collaborative group of doctors
- Assuming the quality of care for guests while adhering to the highest standard of dental practice ethics and professionalism
Requirements

Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
- Current license to practice dentistry in North Carolina
- At least 2 years of post-graduate experience
- Experience with Invisalign and other advanced dental procedures
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in dental software and technology
