Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans using sound clinical judgment
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records

Requirements

• Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university
• Licensed in the state of Wisconsin, or eligible to be licensed in the State of Wisconsin

Schedule

• Monday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Tuesday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Wednesday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Pay

• Earn a percentage of collections or a guaranteed minimum - whichever is greater
