About the role

Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, efficient quality care for each patient.

Treat approximately seven pediatric patients in a typical OR day.

Perform various restorative care primarily focusing on posterior stainless-steel crowns (SSCs), anterior esthetic (veneered) SSCs, pulpotomies, and exodontia.

Responsibilities

• Work with the surgical team to provide safe, efficient quality care for each patient.
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients in a typical OR day.
• Perform various restorative care primarily focusing on posterior stainless-steel crowns (SSCs), anterior esthetic (veneered) SSCs, pulpotomies, and exodontia.

Requirements

• Current state dental license
• Significant experience working with pediatric patients
• Current BLS certification
• Current PALS certification, or can acquire within 6 months of start date
• Working knowledge and skills in endodontics
• Preferred Advanced dentistry training (AEGD or GPR)
• Familiarity with American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry policies and best practices

Qualifications

• Licensed General Dentist (GP)
• Passionate about providing excellent care to patients
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Works well with the surgical team

Skills

• Experience with pediatric patients
• Knowledge of endodontics
