Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to the company’s operations
• Manage litigation and disputes
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Develop and implement policies to prevent legal risks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law or related field
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Admission to practice law in at least one state
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience in corporate law and/or litigation

Skills

• Knowledge of corporate law
• Experience in litigation
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
