General Counsel ($90 - $200/hr)

About the role

We are looking for experienced in-house legal professionals to support an AI-focused legal project. The role centers on contract review, negotiation, and redlining, particularly for technology agreements. You will work on simulated contract negotiations, review AI-generated responses, identify legal risks, and provide feedback to improve accuracy and legal reasoning. You may also help create evaluation guidelines and work with research and product teams to improve AI-based contract review systems.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 3 years of in-house experience with technology transactions, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs
• Strong contract negotiation and legal writing skills
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
• Experience with AI or legal technology is a plus but not required
