About the role

We are seeking talented individuals to join our Product Design team. Our team values high creativity and high visual design skills to shape our products. We dive deep into complex UX and UI patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces and experiences that enhance the onX product line.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers to understand user needs and translate them into product solutions.
• Contribute to the research and development of new features and improvements to existing products.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in product design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with product design processes from concept to launch.
• Understanding of data-driven design and A/B testing.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Interest in outdoor technology and its impact on the environment.

Skills

• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
