The Lake View Hotel is situated at the end of Main Street on historic Mackinac Island. With 80% of the island protected by a Michigan State Park, the island offers a variety of outdoor recreational activities, a vibrant business community, and a thriving tourism industry. Mackinac Island is the number one tourist destination in the Midwest, making it a unique and exciting place to work.
About the role
We employ approximately 30 people over the course of the summer season from early May through October. We are seeking individuals who are energetic, enthusiastic about meeting new people, and interested in working in a diverse environment.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
