About the role

The ideal candidate should have previous coaching and/or playing experience. Experience in constructing a program from the ground up, and knowledge of IHSAA rules and procedures are highly desired.

General Responsibilities

• developing appropriate skill building opportunities for each developmental level
• participating collegially in meetings and initiatives of the athletics department
• taking an active role in the life of the school community, especially the co-curricular events of students
• other duties as directed by athletic director within the scope of experience and competence to complement the coaching role.
