Job Responsibilities
- Process files and assigned work tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume position
- Post daily transactions to the accounting management system
- Competently apply appropriate accounting principles to assigned tasks
- Communicate with other staff members, customers, and vendors in a professional manner
- Answer incoming calls
Job Qualifications
- At minimum, beginner-level accounting knowledge
- Confident with high volume work load
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Maintains Microsoft product knowledge
- Excellent computer skills
- Able to clearly and concisely communicate with colleagues, customers and management
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Able to provide quality customer service
- Detailed follow up
- Motivated team member who enjoys their work and having fun with their colleagues
