About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is the largest privately held provider of facility services in North America, servicing over 2 billion square feet of space daily. They help industry leaders across retail, industrial and logistics, healthcare, education, manufacturing, and more maintain clean, efficient, and welcoming spaces. KBS is seeking dedicated, reliable team members for immediate full‑time, permanent Warehouse Janitorial Associate/Cleaning Crew Member positions. The role involves working in a fast‑paced environment and contributing to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), office areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash
• Ensuring all walkways are clean and tidy at all times
• Cleaning totes and other items
• Performing deep cleaning as needed
• Following all safety and quality standards
• Performing other basic janitorial duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
• Walking in and around the facility with great frequency throughout the entire shift
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10‑12 hours
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical handling documents (generally in English; may be in Spanish where state required)
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual tasks (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)
• Willingness to download and use the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping app on a personal device for clocking in/out and training
