About the role

Warehouse Janitorial Associate position with Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) – full‑time, permanent openings at 1301 Chalk Hill Rd, Dallas, TX. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and safety in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), office areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash
• Ensuring all walkways are clean and tidy at all times
• Cleaning totes and other items
• Performing deep cleaning as needed
• Following all safety and quality standards
• Performing other basic janitorial duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
• Frequent walking in and around the facility throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10‑12 hours
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical handling documents (generally English; Spanish where state‑required)
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual tasks (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)
• Willingness to download and use the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping app on a personal device for clocking in/out and training

Pay

Starting pay: $15.00 per hour. Progressive pay increases are available at select sites: $0.50 increase after 90 days and an additional $0.30 increase after 180 days of service.

Schedule

Days and nights vary, including weekends. Available shift: 5 AM – 4 PM (Wednesday‑Saturday).
