Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), and office spaces
• Sweep, mop, dust, and take out trash
• Ensure all aisles remain clean and orderly at all times
• Replace liners and other supplies
• Perform deep cleaning as needed
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Complete other basic cleaning tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move containers up to 49 pounds
• Frequent walking inside and around the facility throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours
• Pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to read and interpret safety standards, operational/maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical handling documents (typically in English; Spanish where required by state)
• Proficiency in eye/hand coordination, foot (pedals), manual (pinching, gripping), and repetitive wrist movements (flexion/rotation)

All non-exempt employees must use the KBSPresence mobile time-tracking app on their personal devices to clock in/out, manage attendance, complete required training, and receive work-related information. A cell phone usage reimbursement is provided in accordance with local laws.

Schedule

Days and nights vary, including weekends.

• 2nd Shift Full Time: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Pay

Starting salary: $16.30 per hour.

Progressive pay is available at some locations (not all). Employees receive a $0.50 raise after 90 days and an additional $0.30 after 180 days. Inquire about availability.
