When vacuuming, start at the back and work toward the door, getting under chairs and other furniture.

  • Food Court: Clean, remove trash and sanitize tables; replace chairs under tables; spot‑clean spills; empty and clean trash cans; move dirty trays to the washroom, clean with a tray power washer, stack clean trays for reuse; police outside eating areas.
  • Floor Sanitizing: Using proper germicidal solution, start at the back of the room and mop under furniture and behind doors while backing out of the room.
