General Cardiology Full-Time Physician Opening in San Diego, CA

About the role

Join a well-established division of 12 Cardiologists and 5 APP's. 4-day work week. Inpatient work at Sharp Memorial Hospital (SMH). SMH credentialing requires diagnostic, coronary angiography privileges as part of Cardiology core privileges at SMH. Invasive procedures: Left & right heart catheterization, pericardiocentesis, temporary pacemaker placement and TEE's. Opportunity to pick up clinical shifts for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Cardiovascular disease diagnosis and treatment
• Perform invasive procedures such as left & right heart catheterization, pericardiocentesis, temporary pacemaker placement, and TEE's
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
• Participate in clinical shifts for additional compensation

Requirements

• Board Certification required within 2 years of employment

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship
• Current California Medical License

Pay

Compensation Range: $438K-$650K+
