General Billing Associate

About the role

This position communicates with customers in order to solve billing issues while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Resolves discrepancies on shippers' invoices
• Researches billing issues and makes adjustments as necessary
• Educates customers on billing services UPS offers
• Initiates contacts (cross-functional and external) to resolve billing problems
• Performs other tasks as necessary

Basic Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer

• This position is an internal Grade Level 005
• Candidate must be geographically located in the same region of position or willing to self-relocate
