About the Role

Join a collaborative Level III NICU team as a full-time Neonatologist, providing comprehensive care in a 32-bed facility with strong neonatal nurse practitioner support. This permanent role emphasizes work-life balance, procedural excellence, and high-quality neonatal care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage neonatal care for infants from a busy nursery serving approximately 4,000 deliveries annually
• Perform neonatal procedures and support patient care during daytime hours
• Participate in home-based night call with 24/7 in-house NNP coverage
• Collaborate within a supportive, team-oriented environment
• Mentor and support professional development, especially for new graduates

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Valid Kentucky Medical License or ability to obtain one
• Residency within the local area
