About the role

We are seeking a board-eligible or board-certified anesthesiologist to join an established team in a hospital setting. The role covers 4 Operating Rooms, 1 OB OR, an Endoscopy Suite, and 4 delivery rooms, with occasional remote procedures in MRI or Cath Lab.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for a diverse range of cases, including General, Orthopedic, ENT, GI, Spine, OB/GYN, Breast, Pediatric, and Podiatry
• Perform basic nerve blocks
• Manage a variety of patient populations, including adults, obstetric, and healthy pediatrics
• Use Meditech EMR
• Teach opportunities with Marian University
• Manage cases independently in a physician-only practice

Schedule

This is a full-time, hospital-employed position with a variable schedule typically between 7 am–7 pm. The role averages one 24-hour call per week and one weekend every 6–7 weeks. Home call requires a 30-minute response time.
